A Perry County teenager died earlier this month after she ran a stop sign and crossed in front of oncoming traffic, Pennsylvania State Police said.
Nenninger failed to stop at the stop sign at the Waggoners Gap Road intersection and pulled out in front of a 52-year-old Dover man who was driving south on Waggoners Gap Road , state police said.
