Collin C. Sarne-Moran was sentenced after pleading guilty to the charges, according to the Lancaster County District Attorney’s Office. The charges included numerous counts of sexual assault and several related to manufacturing child pornography. Authorities said they learned of the crimes after the victim spoke to investigators. Sarne-Moran voluntarily spoke to New Holland police and admitted the crimes, according to the district attorney’s office.
