Center Point led 34-0 early in the third quarter, before Fairfield’s Justin Murray scored on touchdown runs of 10 and 6 yards in the fourth quarter. Murray finished with 77 yards on 18 carries.The victory ended a two-game losing skid for Center Point, which fell to Pell City and Clay-Chalkville.Center Point probably needs victories over Shades VAlley and Pinson Valley – the next two opponents – to earn a playoff bid.
