In 2006, Hernandez was arrested for driving with a suspended license in Travis County, a misdemeanor.Three months later in November, he's charged with criminal mischief, also in Hays County.When Hernandez was arrested Friday afternoon in Bastrop County for his actions in the fatal bus crash, he was also facing an unrelated warrant for a bond violation out of Hays County.
In addition to criminal charges, Ramos James is predicting civil lawsuits to come out of this fatal incident as well, "the company also could be could be liable for their own negligent acts , failing to hire, failing to train an individual, failing to screen properly."
