Martin Lawrence received his star on April 20, with special guests at the ceremony including Tracy Morgan, Tichina Arnold, Lynn Whitfield and Steve Harvey.
"I'm extremely humbled and grateful to be here,'' Jordan said."To be amongst artists that received this honour previously — Sidney Poitier, Cicely Tyson, Sam Cooke — I know it's not a small achievement. And it's not lost on me how special this moment is and what this represents to our community. So from the bottom of my heart I want to say thank you.
Rapper and actor Ice-T was joined by wife Coco Austin and daughter Chanel when he received his star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame on Feb. 17. During the ceremony, he was honoured by Public Enemy's Chuck D, along with"Law & Order: SVU" co-star Mariska Hargitay and series creator Dick Wolf. Kevin Jonas, Nick Jonas and Joe Jonas were honoured on Jan. 30 when the Jonas Brothers received their star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame.
