Police are searching for a man who stole a necklace from around the neck of a four-year-old girl earlier this month. FOX13

Police said the child was watching videos on her iPad, sitting in a booth of a family-owned restaurant. Her mother was in the kitchen making her lunch when the man stole the necklace, police said.
