André Rieu, the 73-year-old Dutch violinist who’s considered one of the most successful classical artists on the planet, returns to Canada this month, arriving at Ottawa’s Canadian Tire Centre on Saturday, Sept. 23. Accompanied by his 60-piece Johann Strauss Orchestra, the charismatic maestro will deliver a program of romantic music, including light classics and waltzes, along with selections from the film, opera and pop worlds.
