Their year-long game of cat and mouse has finally come to an end.
Police have found the alleged accomplice of a bandit in a cat mask who went on a multi-borough armed-robbery spree last year.
Prosecutors said Bucknor was in on four stickups — two in Brooklyn on Feb. 12, and one in Queens and another in Brooklyn less than 90 minutes apart on Feb. 19 — in which the pair took thousands of dollars in cash and more than 100 lottery tickets at gunpoint. Inexplicably, Bucknor was let go by New Rochelle police last year, despite being caught the day after the final robbery driving a car connected to the crimes — with a cat mask, gun, and other stolen goods inside, according to court filings.
