In a statement, Pennsylvania’s two Democratic senators announced the introduction of the Spotted Lanternfly Research and Development Act along with fellow Democratic New York Sens. Chuck Schumer and Kirsten Gillibrand, and Ohio Sens. Sherrod Brown, a Democrat, and J.D. Vance, a Republican.
