When you're from Brooklyn, you rep it to the fullest. That's exactly what Casnova does with his latest single, "So Brooklyn," where he also calls on fellow BK luminary,, for a wavy assist. The Roc Nation duo return on Tuesday with some Brooklyn firepower to help carry the torch for their home borough in the gritty "So Brooklyn" video.
After hearing the all-too-familiar rumbling of the subways and a howling Brooklyn chant, Casanova kicks off the visual in the streets with an aggressive verse, which finds him calling out his opps, and giving a salute to. Fab then steps in to spit his clever rhymes by utilizing the scenic backdrop of the Brooklyn Bridge, before moving in front of a painted Biggie Smalls mural for a proper salute to one of BK's finest.
The track has picked up additional steam thanks to the viral #SoBrooklynChallenge, which was started in part byLook for additional cameos throughout the clip from fellow Brooklynites , Flipp Dinero, Zab Judah, 22Gz, Fetty Luciamo, Lil Cease, NBA player Lance Stephenson, 2 Milly, and New York Jets receiver Josh Bellamy.
