IndyStar's Rachel Fradette spoke with Slifer, a senior who serves in a leadership role for the business club, about her reaction, Carmel High and what viewers don't see in the videos. Her answers have been edited for length and clarity.Carmel High School seems to have it all and TikTok users are finding out in viral videosCreating the TikTok was my idea and the TikTok account, and so we just did it for fun.
There has been a lot of criticism. The advisors and I have talked about all of that. When it comes to negative comments, it's a video that we're just kind of showing off the school so there's not much detail on it. There was a lot of misconception about us being a private school.
