Care and Treatment Worker works in in collaboration with the Genesis Care and Treatment Counsellor in our school-based harm reduction treatment program. The Genesis Care and Treatment Program is an intensive, structured, therapeutic, non-residential school-based day treatment programs for youth exhibiting moderate to severe emotional, social and behavioural difficulties due to mental health and substance misuse.
Ability to develop and maintain professional working relationships with Agency staff, consultants, referral sources, service providers, education personnel, and parents. Participate in a variety of Day Treatment activities, including the Adventure-Based Learning activities, to facilitate effective interventions as part of the treatment team.
