As the House of Commons heads into the final stretch of sittings before the week-long Remembrance Day recess,is likely counting down the hours, minutes and seconds until he and his minority government are set to get at least a temporary reprieve from the near-universal pressure from all sides over last month’s surprise move to temporarily drop the federal carbon tax from home heating oil.
