At about 6 p.m., Cape Breton Regional Police responded to reports that a person was observed injured on the sidewalk in the area of Bay Health Foods. After speaking with witnesses at the scene, officers learned there was an altercation between two men and that a potential suspect left the scene, heading towards York Street.
