In fact, 44 aces were reported to the Cape Breton Post during the 2022 season by 10 different golf courses from May to November.Lingan Golf and Country Club in Sydney reported the most hole-in-one shots at 15 – down four aces from the 2021 season. Cabot Cliffs in Inverness and Alderdale Greens in Point Edward each had four aces, while Dundee Resort and Golf Club saw three hole-in-one shots at their course.
All Cape Breton golf courses were invited to send hole-in-one shots for publication both in print and online at www.saltwire.com. Space was also offered for tournament results.
