The 18-year-old left-shooting defencemen was pointless in 22 Quebec Major Junior Hockey League games this season for the Sagueneens. He scored a goal and an assist in six games for the Truro Bearcats of the Maritime Hockey League.It was the Eagles' ninth trade since the winter trade period opened. Besides Ansems, they’ve acquired Antoine Roy, Brayden Schmitt, Jacob Newcombe, Jude Campbell and Zach Biggar and draft choices.The trade period will end on Friday.
