DUBLIN, Ohio — A pair of Canadians surged to the top of the leaderboard as the morning wave of the PGA Tour's Workday Charity Open came to a close on Thursday.
Taylor is playing in his first tournament on tour since the PGA restarted last month during the COVID-19 pandemic. David Hearn of Brantford, Ont., shot a 1-under 71 on Thursday, while Roger Sloan of Merritt, B.C., also carded a 71.Hadwin bogeyed his first hole before reeling off seven birdies.
