An Oct. 25 friendly in Spain will be the first for Canada's women since the Paris Olympics, where they lost to Germany in a quarterfinal penalty shootout after head coach Bev Priestman was sent home over her part in Canada' drone-spying scandal. The sixth-ranked Canadian women will face World Cup champion Spain in an international friendly next month.
