Manmade, a Canadian men's underwear brand, is set to air its first-ever Super Bowl commercial during the highly anticipated Super Bowl LIX in February 2025. The company, founded by four friends in Montreal, aims to use the platform to showcase its bold storytelling, innovative designs, and commitment to quality and comfort.

Just over a week away from the NFL’s biggest event, a Canadian company is about to bare all in front of millions of Americans tuned in for the Super Bowl LIX. Manmade , a Canadian brand of men’s underwear, has a 30-second ad slated to play in the upcoming Super Bowl . Anthony Ciavirella, Co-Founder of Manmade , said, “The Super Bowl is the ultimate stage to share creativity and connect with Canadians.

” The Super Bowl is a major milestone for advertisers, especially last year’s event which garnered a record number of viewers when the Super Bowl LVII became the “most watched super bowl on record” with 10 million viewers on TSN, CTV and RDS and 19 million unique Canadian viewers. As a Canadian brand built on bold storytelling and innovative design, we’re thrilled to bring our humour and vision to millions. This isn’t just about premium men’s essentials; it’s a statement. We’re spotlighting an up-and-coming Canadian brand that prioritizes quality, comfort, and functionality—leaving behind the gimmicks and fast-fashion trends.” Based in Montréal, the company was founded by four best friends in 2021 after making a career change from banking to briefs. In 2022, the four founding friends from Montréal, Anthony Ciavirella, Philip Santagata, Robert Marzin, and Roberto Robelo, made their debut on CBC Dragon’s Den. Fast forward to 2025, Manmade’s ad is scheduled to play in the first quarter of the Super Bowl, airing Feb. 9, 2025. According to Manmade, the ad will air once in the English market and twice in the French market. Initially starting out with making premium boxer briefs, Manmade quickly expanded to include T-shirts, socks, and pants. The Super Bowl kicks off at 3:30 p.m. PT on Sunday, Feb. 9 when the Kansas City Chiefs take the field against the Philadelphia Eagles
