In a 2019 blog post, OceanGate explained that Titan — made from carbon fibre and titanium — was not classed because the process could inhibit innovation.NEW DELHI — A cargo train rammed into a passenger train in India's eastern state of West Bengal on Monday, killing at least nine people and injuring dozens of others, officials said.
