A Canadian politician is being ripped online after sharing a Twitter pic showing his wife shoveling snow after a 12-hour hospital shift.

, Manitoba cabinet minister Jon Reyes wrote, “Even after a 12 hour night shift at the hospital last night, my wife still has the energy to shovel the driveway.”The accompanying photo, taken from inside the house, depicts Reyes’ wife, Cynthia, digging snow out of their driveway while bundled in a “Fargo”-esque winter coat., the mercury dropped to a bone-chilling -2 degrees F in Winnipeg on Saturday morning.
Suffice it to say, the picture didn’t sit well with the Twitter peanut gallery, which wondered why Reyes didn’t lend a helping hand.
