OTTAWA - Canadian home sales declined 1.7% in April from March, and were up 10.1% on an annual basis, data from the Canadian Real Estate Association showed on Wednesday.

The industry group's Home Price Index was unchanged on the month and was down 0.9% annually, while the national average selling price was down 1.8% on the year.It has been our privilege to have the trust and support of our East Coast communities for the last 200 years.
