Caleb Marshall will be leaving the Canadian College of Performing Arts to work in theatre in Antigonish, Nova Scotia.

The managing artistic director of an Oak Bay performing arts college is stepping down after a six-year tenure that included breaking box office records and steering the college through the early days of the COVID-19 pandemic.

“We had hoped to continue working with Caleb, as his leadership has been exceptional, but understand family and opportunity come first,” said college board chair Roxanne Helme in a statement.
