Canada outperformed Iceland, Singapore and Japan
Canada has bested 151 countries in new index compiled by investment firm LetterOne. Canada's scores in a series of metrics — including depression, alcohol use, blood pressure, obesity and public health care spending — vastly outperformed the Netherlands, Iceland, Japan and Italy.
