Hours before he was set to be deported on Sunday morning to Kenya, a country where he said he fled persecution as a bisexual man, Charles Mwangi received a call that his deportation order had been cancelled.Charles Mwangi, who lives in Toronto, says the past five years were 'mental torture,' a gauntlet of bureaucratic hurdles and sleepless nights as he barreled toward his possible deportation.
