Thousands of residents made their way down to the Roberta Bondar Pavilion Friday to celebrate Canada’s 155th birthday.
The party kicked off at 2 p.m. as locals enjoyed a variety of activities like face painting, balloon animals, yard games, live music, and boat tours on the HMCS Oriole.Once dusk settled in, Saultites gathered along the boardwalk to take in a spectacular fireworks display, signalling the end of a successful Canada Day.
