The event celebrating Canada’s Black community will be broadcasted on Citytv and the Hopin online platform.

One time for the culture! Toronto’s annual Black Diamond Ball Fundraiser Gala is coming back for its seventh straight year in a row and is here to showcase Canada’s Black excellence during its free virtual event this weekend.

The event will be hosted by Juno award-winning R&B singer Sean Jones with reality show star Auntie Jillian. According to Cuffie, performances will be featuring emerging Canadian artists such as Juno award-winning singer Tome and pop/soul singer-songwriter, Domanique Grant. “The ball is a fusion of Black, excellence. Whether that be in business, art, music and just people getting together to celebrate each other,” said Cuffie.
