Can't spend hours in the gym? Try 'exercise snacking'
There's a new fitness trend making the rounds called"exercise snacking" -- or exercising for short amounts of time multiple times a day. It's an option if spending hours at the gym isn't your thing.
Fitness expert Toni McMurtre, one of the owners of Stroud's Gym in Hurst, told the KRLD Morning News how this type of exercise works. Stroud's Fitness is located at 416 W Bedford Euless Rd, Hurst, TX 76053. It's phone number is 817-268-3488
