The person who wrote a racial slur on the dorm room door of a Black student at the New Jersey school has been charged and banned from campus.

Houshmand said investigators identified two people involved in the incident at Holly Pointe Commons and they were not Rowan students. Authorities were working to identify a third person involved in the incident, he said.
Both of the people were banned from campus and unspecified action was planned against an unidentified third person, he said. Officials did not immediately release the specific charge and name of the accused.
