California man, 26, could face death penalty for 'stabbing to death' co-worker and his roommate
Ramy Hany Mounir Fahim, 26, was charged Friday with two counts of murder, lying in wait, multiple murders, and the personal use of a deadly weapon. The special circumstances of lying in wait and multiple murders make him eligible for the death penalty, the DA's Office said.
