Calgary police team to provide support for witnesses of two Spruce Cliff deaths yyc
Police said they’re currently investigating the deaths, which took place around 7:10 p.m. Saturday at the 0-100 block of Spruce Place S.W. “We recognize it may be upsetting to those who witnessed it and want to ensure witnesses and those impacted by this event are connected with support,” police said in a news release Sunday. Police said officers would determine an exact location for the trailer once they arrive at the scene. This story will be updated with that information when it becomes available.
They added those who can’t attend in person can reach VAST at 403-428-8398, or toll-free at 1-888-327-7828. The service is offered for free to all victims of crime or tragedy.
