Calgary police were called to the area of 10 Avenue and 4 Street S.W. for reports that a pedestrian had been hit by a motorcycle at about 1 a.m. on Sunday. The woman, who is in her 20s, was transported to hospital in life-threatening condition. She is now in stable condition and remains in hospital. Investigators are looking for anyone’s dashcam footage or possible witnesses to the incident in an effort to identify the driver. The driver is described as a man in his 50s with a medium-to-heavy build and is bald with facial hair. At the time of the incident, he is described as wearing a leather vest over a black hoodie and jeans.
