Former Calgary police officer, 51, was suspended without pay in September but has since left the country
A former Calgary police officer has been accused of using the force’s database to strike up personal relationships with women he met during service calls and other police-related matters.
“You gotta be able to trust the police and, especially in your moment of need or vulnerability, if you can’t trust a police officer, we’re all in trouble.” A Canada-wide warrant has been issued for the arrest of Brett Singer, 51. But police say it’s believed he’s no longer in the country.
