“Winning this year has everyone at the company pumped. It’s all a team effort. I think the reason that we are winning the awards is because we really try to think outside of the box, not just taking off mouldings and taking out a kitchen and putting it back. We get really creative to make it ‘wow.’ ”
He says that the market for renovations is stronger than ever and that people want the older communities with the larger lots, so they are staying put and renovating or buying an older home in an established community and factoring in renovation costs to their budgets.
