The Calgary Hitmen have completed two trades to bring in veteran players, hoping these acquisitions will bolster their chances of making a playoff run this season. One of the recent trades brought forward Cade Howe from the Regina Pats. Howe was pleasantly surprised and excited to join the Hitmen, where he made his debut and scored a goal in their 5-4 comeback overtime victory against the Victoria Royals.
