Calgary entrepreneur Manjit Minhas appointed Honorary Lieutenant-Colonel for Queen's Own Rifles yyc

“It really is impossible to describe what an honour it is to be offered this role,” Minhas said in a news release. “I look forward to fostering esprit de corps for the troops and serving as an ambassador to educate Canadians on the incredible history of the Queen’s Own Rifles and its current initiatives.”
The Queen’s Own Rifles of Canada, based in Toronto, is the country’s oldest infantry regiment in continuous service.
