Stroud credited his proficient precision to his high school coach, Mark Verti, who worked countless bubble screens into practices at Rancho Cucamonga High in California. If Stroud didn’t hit his receivers directly on their top shoulder, Stroud had to do 10 push-ups.
“I think I haven't even touched my potential yet,” Stroud said. “I think I have a lot more to get better at. I have a lot more to prove not only to y’all but to myself. And that's something I plan to do because I honestly don't think that I even got close to anything in college.”
