Staff entering the building, located at 136 Charlotte Street, were greeted to ankle-high water on the first and second floors along with floating debris from the ceilings.Some staff described the damages as catastrophic noting it could be weeks before the clean-up is complete. Some judges and provincial court staff were assigned to Eskasoni provincial court for the day in a bid to assign new dates for pleas and bail hearings.
