Each year the Business Times honors out and proud business leaders in the Bay Area. Check out our 2022 class.

Imagine not feeling comfortable talking about your significant other or your weekend plans with your colleagues. Or choosing not to tell a client you are married because you didn't want your being gay to affect your sales or client relationship.

Many executives in the LGBTQ community have to do just that. It's one of the reasons the Business Times started a Business of Pride program eight years ago. Our special issue features a dozen or so Outstanding Voices who share their stories of coming out and being gay, lesbian or transgender in the workplace.
