in Katy. Each chef will collaborate with Burger Bodega’s chef/owner Abbas Dhanani; the burgers will be available on that day only from 11 a.m. until sold out.
“We started this guest chef series in March and wanted to take the momentum and do something big in May for AAPI and National Hamburger Month,” Dhanani stated. “It is an honor to partner with some of the best chefs in Houston, with Mayank Istwal, Benchawan Jabthong Painter, and Alex Au-Yeung. Musaafer, Street to Kitchen, and Phat Eatery are three of my favorite restaurants in Houston, and I could not be more excited to bring each concept's flavors to Burger Bodega.

The doll is dressed in a red gown with a shiny golden dragon design and cape, inspired by her appearance in the 1934 movie “Limehouse Blues.” Wong’s niece, Anna Wong, gave her blessing and worked closely with the brand to develop the Barbie’s look.
