Sentences for offences committed in Smithers, Houston, Burns Lake, Vanderhoof, Fort St. James and areas
- Craig Allen Fiset was sentenced to two years probation for two counts of assault, committed in Houston.
- Alexia Nicole Antoine was sentenced to a 60-day conditional sentence order, issued a lifetime firearms prohibition and ordered to provide a DNA sample for assault with a weapon and to a 30-day conditional sentence order for breaching a release order, and sentenced to one year probation on both counts, both committed in Fort St. James. Antoine was in custody for 26 days following her arrest on the assault count.
- Jonas Max Felix was prohibited from driving for one year for driving while prohibited or licence suspended under the Motor Vehicle Act, committed in Fort St. James sentenced to one year probation and ordered to provide a DNA sample for assault with a weapon, committed in Fort St. James, and sentenced to one year probation for taking or occupying a vehicle without the owner's consent, committed in Tachie.
- Dayton William Earl Bevan was issued a one-year $500 recognizance after an allegation of causing fear of injury or damage in Houston.
