- Ensures all building automation system monitoring, operations and maintenance complies with policies and procedures, federal, state and local regulatory agency requirements. - Maintains effective automation systems Energy Management and Conservation programs, including oversight of program performance and reporting.Associates Degree in related field and ten years experience with building automation systems operation and maintenance, or equivalent training and experience, or
Ensures all building automation system monitoring, operations and maintenance complies with policies and procedures, federal, state and local regulatory agency requirements. Maintains effective automation systems Energy Management and Conservation programs, including oversight of program performance and reporting. Administrative Responsibilities: Responsible for the safe and efficient operation and maintenance of all building automation systems. Keeps the Utilities and Facilities Managers informed of abnormal conditions.
