Defense lawyers for Idaho quadruple murder suspect Bryan Kohberger may be building his alibi around a theory that his DNA was planted on the knife sheath found near one of the victims, to build a "rigged" case against him.
Former federal prosecutor Neama Rahmani told Fox News Digital the latest motion "is another frivolous defense motion. The standard of proof at the grand jury or preliminary hearing stage is probable cause, not beyond a reasonable doubt."," she said.
