The original show date of Nov. 18 was part of a 2023 tour that was cut short in lat September for medical reasons.

It took a little more time than expected, but rocker Bruce Springsteen has announced rescheduled dates for concert dates that were postponed for medical reasons.

Included in the list of updated performance dates posted Friday on Instagram, Springsteen and the E Street Band will be at the Canadian Tire Centre in Ottawa on Nov. 9, 2024, almost exactly a year after the original concert date of Nov. 18.Also on the rescheduled tour calendar are 2024 shows set for Montreal , Toronto , Winnipeg , Calgary , Edmonton and Vancouver .

Springsteen, 74, had announced on Sept. 27 that he was forced to postpone the remainder of his 2023 tour. He said he would be continuing to recover from peptic ulcer disease “and will continue treatment through the rest of the year on doctor’s advice.”Purchasers unable to attend on the new dates and who bought tickets through official ticketing companies were to have 30 days to request refunds. All tickets for postponed performances will remain valid for the newly announced dates.
