After nearly four decades, Tuesday was the final day of work at Channel 13 for videographer Tom Maloney.
He's spent the last 13 years as a news photographer, often working alone to gather video and interviews.
Channel 13 sports staff members past and present shared their well-wises for Tom on his last day at work. “Boy did we spend some quality time together — from St. John Fisher to Seattle to every Wednesday in Orchard Park for Bills’ media day," said Traci Buch. "We survived a lot of fast food dinners, quadruple-overtime high school soccer games and blizzards on our way to Buffalo. It was great being your partner all those years I was at Channel 13, so good luck as you move on. I know they’re going to miss you at Channel13. And congrats on this next chapter.
