A Brazilian judge has ordered Adele 's 2015 song ' Million Years Ago ' to be removed from streaming platforms due to plagiarism claims. Brazilian composer, Geraes, is suing Adele for copyright infringement, alleging that the song copies elements from his samba track. The judge, Victor Torres, has ordered Sony and Universal, Adele 's labels, to halt the distribution of the song globally.
