New owner Tina Trahan plans to keep the 5,140-square-foot house with five bedrooms and five bathrooms as is.
That goes for the burnt orange and avocado green kitchen, the house plans on Mike’s desk, and even Tiger’s dog house in the backyard.that Trahan, a collector of art and historic homes and wife of former HBO chief Chris Albrecht, expressed an interest in buying the “Brady Bunch” house to her longtime real estate agent Marcy Roth of the Eklund Gomes team at Douglas Elliman.
“My view is it really is a collectible for her, and if you bring in anything modern, it ruins it,” said Roth, who, along with Fredrick Eklund, represented Trahan in negotiating the deal.
