Brabus Unleashes Its Second Ever Motorcycle, The KTM 1300 R Edition 23 | Carscoops carscoops
Just like
, the 1300 R Edition gets the brand’s Monoblock Z forged wheels that are finished in a color called “Platinum Black.” These help contribute to the blacked-out look of the bike, and are also stronger than the standard wheels. The seat, meanwhile, is reupholstered to feature Brabus’s “Crest” stitch pattern and can be heated to keep your buns toasty on the road. A black painted frame helps complete the blacked out look and is unique to this edition of the motorcycle.
The latest WP APEX semi-active suspension technology helps give riders the most comfortable or aggressive ride possible, depending on the situation. With five available settings—Comfort, Street, Sport, Track, and Advanced—riders can choose the mode that matches their mood, or use “Auto,” which allows the bike to pick the best settings for the scenario.
Limited to just 290 units, 145 each in black and gray, Brabus says that the 1300 R Edition 23 will only be sold in select markets. Prices for the bike start at €42,500 in Germany.
