According to Deputy Chief King with North David Fire, the call came in around 4:30 pm for an incident at 940 N 5000 W in West Point. Although details of how the incident occurred were not provided, King said a woman was transported by ground to a local hospital with critical burns to the lower half of her body.
A juvenile boy was airlifted to Primary Children's Hospital with critical burns covering over 50% of his body.
