Bosa Properties and Kingswood Properties first submitted their rezoning application for their Alberni -Bidwell project in 2020 and have now revised their proposal a second time.Several years after first submitting their rezoning application for a two-tower project at the intersection of Alberni Street and Bidwell Street in the West End of Vancouver,The subject site of the proposal consists of two legal parcels.
